Greetings, and welcome to $10K Charlotte. A total of 97 Vs. System players fought through 470 Shonen Jump players this morning to game with their favorite comic book heroes, including big names such as Antonino De Rosa, Jason Hager, and David Spears. Competitors will battle through nine rounds today before a cut to tomorrow’s elimination rounds. We know that the story lines today will largely be dominated by a “beat ’em or join ’em” war where players will have to choose to either play the dirty Dr. Light combo deck or find a deck that smashes it. Right now, though, we don’t know which is which, nor do we know which side will end up on top. The only way to find out is to stay tuned to all the action, live from Charlotte!
