Peter Sundholm is one of the best Constructed players in the world. Ranked 20th and winner of $10K Seattle, you'd expect him to fly through the PC, right? Wrong. After a disappointing (and out of character) day yesterday, he's back with a vengeance—and his sealed deck is helping a lot.

 

Ever have a dream where you open packs in a tourney and get every power card in the set? Where every card you'd normally first-pick draft is in your sealed deck? Well, meet Peter Sundholm once again. He opened cards that were so-so, and was happy to give them up. Then he saw what he received, and his eyes nearly popped out!

 

“If this deck doesn't go 5-0, I won't believe it. Every card we'd put on our draft list is in there.” He's undefeated so far, and hopes to be topping the list when the day is done.

The deck has a near-full curve, with three suboptimal 5-drops as its only weakness. It has all of the solid combat cards, with a searcher and Oa, undeniably the best location in the game. His first match was a train wreck. The second match, missed on 5 in a game he was in control of, but he powered back with Oa and Uppercut. This is every player's dream sealed deck, and I can't help but feel sorry for the poor guy who had to give these cards up . . .
