We in R&D have been following all of the recent threads on our fan websites regarding various combo decks. You’ve seen us act quickly on many such combo decks over the past months, often without much notice. This is a liberty we will take when addressing unintended rules interactions, and to a lesser extent, when addressing power level. As Pro Circuit Los Angeles approaches, it is clear that players are wondering if we will be taking any actions so that they can plan accordingly.

As a major event approaches, we are going to be much more conservative in making changes that will affect all the hard work that players have put into testing and tuning their decks. That said, we are not intending to make any new bans or errata before the upcoming PC based on the interactions we have seen. If it is apparent from the results of the PC that action should be taken, you can expect us to address those issues shortly after the event.
