 Sydney has done it again, breaking the attendance record for an Australasian $10K event with ninety-eight players! $10K Sydney is the first Constructed tournament of the calendar year and the second $10K of the year, and it will be interesting to see what comes out on top at the beginning of 2006. Oceania is known for its innovative deckbuilding, responsible for the creation of Kiwi Fruit, the Faces deck, Ben Seck’s win with Fatbat/Cosmic Cops in Melbourne, and more. Hopefully, today will be no exception. Although there was a previous $10K with the JLA set, not many decks from that set were used; hopefully, this tournament will bring us something new.
