It’s a beautiful rainy morning here in central Tokyo, and players are getting ready to try their hands at the Marvel Modern Age format. With fifty-two players in all, everyone is eager to get started.
Japanese players are known for their penchant to play creative new decks in Constructed formats in other games, so it should be interesting to see if there will be anything unique and new today. It should be safe to say that if there are any decks besides X-Mental, Hellfire, X-Faces, and Squadron to be found in the format, these players will be the ones to do it.
