There were exactly 100 players taking part in the Texas $10K event, and more than one in every five of them was packing a Common Enemy deck. Twenty-two other players were running a deck that bore at least a passing resemblance to Brian Kibler’s Pro Circuit-winning build, making it far and away the most played deck of the weekend.
Even if you added up all the incarnations of Brotherhood decks—TNB, Medium, and Big Brotherhood—you’d only find twenty players piloting the Evil Mutants. Within that affiliation, the most popular variation was Medium Brotherhood. This deck borrows a little something from each of the other two variations, employing both The New Brotherhood and the Lost City/Avalon Space Station combo.
If you treat the archetype as three different decks, the second most played deck archetype was Teen Titans. Eleven players selected this deck.
