It’s the most wonderful time of the year! A Sneak Preview event is coming to your neighborhood this weekend, and it’s the place to be for any Vs. System player. Not only do you get to get your hands on Heralds of Galactus for the first time and play with it, but you’ll also be able to spend the weekend hanging out with Vs. System players in your town. Oh, and in case you’re new to this whole thing, you get some sweet, free stuff, too.
For starters, we’ve got the exclusive foil Extended Art cards that you can only get by visiting your local Sneak Preview. Check these out:
To review, that’s a new and improved terraform version of Doomstadt, a tempo machine in the form of Morg, and a Silver Surfer capable of bouncing opposing characters off the table. All three of these cards will certainly see their fair share of play, so getting an Extended Art version at the Sneak Preview puts you ahead of the curve and wins you style points at the same time.
Speaking of style, what would a Sneak Preview be without a new shirt?
This time around, we’ve got a cool blue and silver on black, with the Silver Surfer himself catching a cosmic wave on the back.

If you’re looking to intimidate your opponents, this would be a good place to start. Galactus looks as fierce and imposing as ever, pointing his finger directly at your opponent. (Or you, depending on how you look at it!) The Silver Surfer is featured again, right by the big purple planet-eater’s side.
Finally, we have the deck tin. This one has a purple and black galaxy theme, with Galactus and Dr. Doom featured. These deck tins are always a huge hit, and players are always looking to get their hands on one long after the Sneak Preview has passed. Considering this one features two of Marvel’s most powerful characters, it’s sure to be a sought-after item.
Prizes will vary by region, so check with your local organizer for specific information about the Sneak Preview tournament in your area. As a reminder, these items can only be guaranteed for the first tournament of the day, so make sure you get to your Sneak Preview on time. Some will be given out as door prizes, while others can be won through victory in the tournament, giving everyone a chance to leave with some very cool, free swag! It’s the perfect addition to a great weekend of fun Vs. System action!
