The clouds have cleared and the storm has settled. Eight men remain from a field of 140. An all-star lineup of veterans like Vidi Wijaya and Adam Prosak has been joined by some lesser-known players like Lawson Sutherland and Sammy Gilly.
 Three Curve Sentinels decks, three Titans decks, one Gamma Doom deck, and one League of Assassins deck have progressed to Day 2. The day was tech-tastic, with Juggernaut placing two decks into the Top 8 . . . not to mention Roy Harper ◊ Speedy, Micro-Sentinels, and a plethora of other hot cards that have only recently begun to see play.
Loren Nolen and Vidianto Wijaya will face off in a classic Curve Sentinels vs. Teen Titans matchup. The Top 8’s two relative rogues, Summer Gilly’s Gamma Doom and Steven Politowski’s mono League, will clash in the quarterfinals as well. The remaining four players will be locked in mirror matches— Curve Sentinels and Teen Titans.
