The day has dawned on the city of brotherly love, and with the sun has come a legion of bleary-eyed Vs. System competitors. The venue is the venerable Pennsylvania Convention Center, and this weekend’s $10K Philadelphia is only one of many interesting events being held at the Wizard World East comic convention. While this certainly makes the event more exciting, an issue that came up early in the day was the matter of the extraordinarily long lines to get in. Although the tournament registration is running efficiently, Vs. players still have to vie with thousands of comic book fans just to enter the venue.

                                                                               

On the bright side, though, this tournament has some exciting new features. Not only does each and every competitor get a commemorative shirt, but the winners of $10K Philadelphia will also be paid immediately in the form of brand new check cards! Oh, and let’s not forget—this is also the inaugural tournament for Green Lantern in Golden Age!
