Three days of intense competition have boiled down to this single match. On one side of the table is the man who’s done it all: Vidi Wijaya. For the third straight PC, this man has made it to the finals. It will take a mighty effort for another player to match the caliber of this accomplishment. Even though the Vs. System environment becomes more and more competitive with each new set release, Vidi has managed to consistently outperform all others. There is no doubt that Vidi Wijaya will go down as one of the greatest trading card game players of all time.
On the opposite side of the table is Anthony Calabrese. While pretty much every Vs. System player has heard the name “Vidi Wijaya” before, Anthony’s name is somewhat lesser known. Anthony’s skill at deckbuilding and playing the game has been noted on a few occasions, but he has never stood apart in any significant capacity. Now, with a PC finals appearance and possible championship ahead, Anthony will no longer just be “a face in the crowd.”
Judge Dylan “docx” Northrup presided over this match to make sure that it ran smoothly. When the competitors were set to begin, Dylan gathered several dice for them to roll to determine who would get choice of initiative. Anthony opted for a 20-sided die, while Vidi didn’t see one that particularly appealed to him.
Vidi: “Do you have a blue one?”
Unfortunately, Dylan did not have a blue die, and Vidi was forced to roll the black die that Anthony had hit a 12 with. While this was respectable, Vidi won the 20-sided die roll with a 20. He’s not a PC Champ for nothing, folks!
Vidi quickly decided to mulligan his opening four cards, declaring that it was “the worst hand [he’d] ever seen in [his] life.” Anthony, on the other hand, seemed rather pleased with his opening four, which contained both Ted Kord ◊ Blue Beetle and Poison Ivy, Deadly Rose.
Vidi opened the fist turn with Connie Webb in the support row, while Anthony fired back with Ted Kord. When Vidi declared his attack of Connie into Ted Kord, Anthony used Ted’s effect, discarding to fetch Cloak of Nabu. Both players then passed and took 1 apiece.
Anthony’s second turn was extremely impressive, as he brought out a significant 2-drop in the form of Poison Ivy. As impressive as her 3 ATK / 3 DEF stats are, she was about to get a lot bigger! Anthony activated Ted once again to fetch Amulet of Nabu. Anthony followed this up by KO’ing him to Poison Ivy’s effect to search out Dr. Fate’s Tower. The location was then flipped up, and Anthony discarded to get the third Artifact, Helm of Nabu.
Vidi: “Are you going to Fate it up on two?”
Anthony: “Pretty much.”
Vidi: “Man! I declare shenanigans!”
All three of the Fate Artifacts were recruited onto Poison Ivy, making her a very formidable 7 ATK / 7 DEF 2-drop. Anthony then passed over to Vidi.
Vidi’s play was to flip Brother I Satellite to find Sarge Steel. Vidi recruited the Sarge and formed with both characters in the support row. In combat, Poison Ivy made short work of Sarge Steel, but Vidi reinforced with Connie to stem the bleeding somewhat. Before finishing the turn, Anthony used Slaughter Swamp to get back Ted Kord ◊ Blue Beetle. Turn 2 ended with Anthony holding a slight lead of 49 to 47.
Turn 3 saw Vidi activate Connie Webb to search for the man, the myth, the legend: Ahmed Samsarra. Vidi recruited the Checkmated King into the hidden area. He then flipped Dr. Fate’s Tower, discarding to get a Cloak of Nabu. The Cloak quickly went onto Ahmed to prevent Anthony from performing any Deadshot, Floyd Lawton shenanigans. In addition to the Cloak, Vidi also recruited an Amulet of Nabu on Sarge Steel.
Anthony had a somewhat simpler build, as he simply recruited Ted Kord again, formed with him protecting Poison Ivy, and passed. In combat, Vidi declared an attack of Sarge into Ted Kord. Before the attack was legal, however, Anthony decided to KO Ted to fetch a copy of Satellite HQ. This left Vidi with few good attack options against Anthony’s massive Poison Ivy, so he simply passed his attack. Anthony, of course, sent his 7 ATK / 7 DEF Ivy into Vidi’s 5 ATK / 5 DEF Sarge. The attack resolved without any further actions, and Vidi took 4 more. Vidi rounded out the turn by activating Ahmed, KO’ing Dr. Fate’s Tower to find Checkmate Safe House. The score stood at 49 to 43 in favor of Mr. Calabrese.
The fourth turn kicked off with Anthony playing his resource for the turn. Then, prior to his recruit step, Anthony played a copy of Straight to the Grave to put Mr. Mxyzptlk, Troublesome Trickster into the KO’d pile. As the recruit step began, Mr. Mxyzptlk returned to Anthony’s hand. He discarded the imp to Slaughter Swamp to retrieve Hector Hammond, Mind over Matter from the KO’d pile. Hector came into play, and Anthony formed with Ivy protecting Hector. Vidi placed Slaughter Swamp as his resource and then flipped and activated the location to get back Fatality, Flawless Victory. Fatality was recruited into the support row next to Sarge. Vidi also flipped a new copy of Dr. Fate’s Tower—choosing not to discard for the search effect—then activated the Tower to transfer the Amulet on Sarge over to Fatality. He formed with Sarge protecting Fatality and passed priority over to Anthony. Before moving to the combat phase, however, Anthony transferred all of the Fate Artifacts over to Hector Hammond.
In combat, Anthony flipped and activated the Satellite HQ that he had searched for last turn. Anthony declared an attack with Hector Hammond to the hidden Ahmed. Vidi deliberated for a while, then flipped his team-up. This allowed him to search out The Science Spire with Ahmed to return him to Vidi’s hand prior to KO’ing from Fatality’s effect. Vidi took 5 points from the attack and dropped to 38. Anthony then tried to trade the now Fate-free Poison Ivy with Sarge Steel. Vidi, however, seemed to like having the man with the metal hand around, so he played a copy of Knightmare Scenario to force a one-sided stun on Ivy. This was a small victory for Vidi, as he still trailed in endurance, 47 to 38.
A Slaughter Swamp activation was Vidi’s first order of business on turn 5. He used the recursion location to get back Mr. Freeze, Brutal Blizzard from his KO’d pile. The big, cold man came out for the five-time PC Top 8’er. Vidi formed with Sarge protecting Mr. Freeze and Fatality unprotected in the support row. Anthony kicked off his build by playing a resource, then getting Mr. Mxyzptlk back from the KO’d pile. Mxy fueled Anthony’s discard for Slaughter Swamp to get back Crystal Frost ◊ Killer Frost. Killer Frost was then recruited in the front row in front of Hector, and Anthony activated Dr. Fate’s Tower to give her the Fate Artifacts.
Vidi decided to make one massive team attack with all three of his characters onto Anthony’s Killer Frost. Neither player had any actions in the attack, and Fatality and Frost both stunned. Vidi then passed combat over to Anthony, who tried to send Hector Hammond after Sarge Steel. Vidi decided that he would be better served to return the Sarge to his hand with The Science Spire, so the attack became illegal. With no real way for Hector to take on Mr. Freeze, Anthony passed on attacks.
Before the end of the turn, Anthony jokingly activated his Satellite HQ to enable his characters into Vidi’s hidden area . . . which was, at the time, unoccupied. Vidi one-upped Anthony, however, by activating his Checkmate Safe House after Anthony passed on attacks. Point to the PC Champ!
Mr. Mxyzptlk made the trek back to Anthony’s hand from the KO’d pile to start turn 6. To show how grateful he was for Mxy’s help, Anthony once again ditched him with Slaughter Swamp, this time to get Gorilla Grodd; there’s gratitude for you! Grodd came into play, and Anthony passed over to Vidi. Vidi used Brother I Satellite to find Alexander Luthor, Diabolical Double. Once the Luthor twin came into play, he immediately received the Helm of Nabu. Vidi also saw fit to transfer the Amulet—on Mr. Freeze at the time—over to Luthor, making him a whopping 14 ATK / 16 DEF.
In combat, Anthony declared a team attack with the Fated Killer Frost and Hector Hammond into Vidi’s Alexander Luthor. Upon the attack becoming legal, Anthony dropped a copy of Killer Frost to power-up his 5-drop. Both Hector Hammond’s and Killer Frost’s ally effects triggered. Hector Hammond forced Vidi to move Mr. Freeze, who shifted to the front row to protect Fatality. Killer Frost’s ally effect then resolved, and Anthony declared that Alexander Luthor cannot ready this turn. This put the combined ATK at 19, and Anthony passed over to Vidi.
Vidi activated Checkmate Safe House to give Luthor (who was in the support row) +1 DEF. He then flipped another Checkmate Safe House and activated for another point of DEF to bring Luthor to 18 DEF. Finally, he exhausted Brother I Satellite for +2 ATK / +2 DEF from Knightmare Scenario, putting Luthor at 20. Anthony responded by using Slaughter Swamp to get back his copy of Killer Frost and powering-up again to go to 20 ATK. This elicited another Knightmare Scenario from Vidi, this time exhausting his Slaughter Swamp to put Luthor at 22 DEF. Anthony flipped Gorilla City and activated, declaring +3 ATK to Killer Frost. Judge Dylan “docx” Northrup was on the case, though, and noted that Anthony only had 9 cards in the KO’d pile, so Anthony ended up only getting +1 ATK from Gorilla City. However, Anthony had another copy of Killer Frost in hand to bring the team’s ATK to 22—just enough to stun Vidi’s 6-drop.
Noting the fact that Anthony still had Gorilla Grodd ready to swing into Mr. Freeze, and that his Alexander Luthor would be incapacitated for the next turn due to Killer Frost’s effect, Vidi conceded the first game to Anthony.
Anthony Calabrese wins game 1!
Game 2:
Vidi once again chose to take odd initiatives for the second game, and, just as in the first game, Vidi mulliganed his opening hand while Anthony kept.
Vidi missed his recruit on the first turn, while Anthony hit with Manhunter Clone. Anthony’s 1-drop pinged Vidi for 1, then double-evaded to put a couple of cards from the top of his deck into his KO’d pile. Turn 1 ended with Vidi up 48 to 49.
Anthony had his optimal turn 2 play in Poison Ivy. After bringing Miss Ivy into play, Anthony evaded with his Clone to put another card into the KO’d pile. Anthony then flipped Slaughter Swamp and activated the location to get back Ted Kord from the KO’d pile. Anthony then used Poison Ivy’s effect to KO his Manhunter Clone, replacing his Slaughter Swamp with Dr. Fate’s Tower. The Tower flipped face-up to enable Anthony to search out the Amulet of Nabu. The Amulet and Cloak of Nabu came into play on Ivy, and Anthony passed over to Vidi.
Following Anthony’s complex build, Vidi simply recruited Dr. Psycho, Mental Giant and passed. Anthony took this opportunity to send his 5 ATK / 6 DEF Poison Ivy into Dr. Psycho. This resulted in a stun to the evil doctor and a 6 point loss to Vidi. The competitors finished the turn with Anthony leading 47 to 43.
For the third turn of the game, Vidi used Brother I to search for Ahmed Samsarra, who was recruited into the hidden area. Vidi then immediately activated Ahmed to find Dr. Fate’s Tower. The Tower found the requisite Cloak of Nabu for the White King. One has to wonder what Ahmed would look like actually wearing the Cloak of Nabu. It’s probably no more silly-looking than Poison Ivy wearing all three of the Artifacts . . . but I digress. Vidi rounded out his build by flipping Checkmate Safe House to team-up Checkmate and Villains United.
Anthony underdropped on turn 3 with Ted Kord, who activated to find Helm of Nabu for Poison Ivy. I hear that Ted and Dr. Fate are pretty tight, but I do wonder what he’s doing hanging out with Poison Ivy. Whoops! I’m going off on a tangent again. Anthony formed Ted in front of Ivy and passed to Vidi.
Vidi sent Dr. Psycho after Ted Kord. Once the attack was legal, Vidi flipped and activated Brother Eye for an additional 3 ATK. Anthony then decided to KO Ted for Ivy’s effect to find Gorilla City. With no characters left that Dr. P can take down, Vidi passed on attacks. Anthony decided to send Ivy, with the help of the Fate Artifacts, into Dr. Psycho for 7 more endurance. Anthony ended the turn holding a comfortable lead of 47 to 35.
Anthony’s turn 4 build involved him using Slaughter Swamp to get back a copy of Hector Hammond, then bringing the 4-drop with the big back end into play. An activation of Dr. Fate’s Tower let Anthony transfer all of the Artifacts to Hector. Anthony passed over to Vidi, who brought out his own 4-drop: Elimination Protocol ◊ OMAC Robot.
Anthony sent his Poison Ivy after Vidi’s Dr. Psycho. This elicited the activation of two copies of Checkmate Safe House to bring the 2-drop’s DEF up to 3. However, Vidi had no further tricks, and both characters stunned for 2. Anthony then sent Hector Hammond after Vidi’s OMAC. While Anthony’s attacker had enough to stun Vidi’s defender, Anthony decided to flip and activate Gorilla City for an additional +3 ATK and possibly fill his KO’d pile with needed characters. The location’s activation ended up dropping Gorilla Grodd from the top of the deck into Anthony’s KO’d pile.
“Nice deck!” Anthony commented.
The attack finally resolved, and Vidi took 8 more, bringing the scores to 45 to 25. Prior to the end of the turn, Vidi activated Ahmed Samsarra to fetch The Science Spire. He then used the location to return the stunned Dr. Psycho back to his hand.
Vidi started off the fifth turn by recruiting the Helm of Nabu onto his OMAC, allowing him to sift through his deck a bit more. He then sighed and recruited Mr. Freeze into the support row with his OMAC. Anthony started his build by playing Funky’s Big Rat Code as his resource. He then flipped the card to team-up Injustice Gang and Secret Society. As he targeted himself with the effect of Funky’s Big Rat Code, he shouted, “Come on, Mxy!” His three cards, in order, were Poison Ivy, Helm of Nabu, and Mr. Mxyzptlk. Looks like Vidi isn’t the only one with luck on his side!
Anthony returned Mr. Mxyzptlk to his hand at the start of his recruit, then discarded it to Slaughter Swamp to retrieve Killer Frost. Frost received the Fate Artifacts from Hector Hammond, and Anthony passed priority to Vidi.
Vidi decided to go on the offensive by sending his OMAC into Hector Hammond. When Anthony declared that the attack was legal, Vidi used Brother Eye to boost the OMAC’s ATK to 12. Anthony had no responses to this and took 7 on the attack. Mr. Freeze and Ahmed then decided to join up to take on Killer Frost with a combined 15 ATK. Anthony tried to use Slaughter Swamp to get a power-up from the KO’d pile to dodge the attack (which also triggered Killer Frost’s ally effect, targeting Mr. Freeze). However, Vidi had a power-up of his own for Ahmed, so Killer Frost and Ahmed stunned. Vidi used a copy of Multiverse Power Battery on Anthony’s stunned 5-drop, forcing Anthony to KO the Helm. At the end of the turn, Vidi had managed to close the endurance gap a bit, 33 to 22.
Turn 6 had the ever-so-predictable return of Mxy to Anthony’s hand, only for him to go back to the KO’d pile via Slaughter Swamp to fetch Gorilla Grodd. Anthony recruited Grodd and passed over to Vidi. The Vs. System phenomenon started with an activation of Ahmed to find Brother I Satellite. He then flipped Brother I Satellite to get Alexander Luthor. He again recruited the card-drawing doppelganger into the support row behind Mr. Freeze and passed priority.
Before combat, Anthony used Dr. Fate’s Tower to move the remaining Fate Artifacts to Gorilla Grodd, making him a hefty 15 ATK / 15 DEF. After a bit of consideration, Anthony sent Poison Ivy and Killer Frost after Vidi’s OMAC Robot. With the two ladies combining for 11 ATK, not even the double Checkmate Safe Houses in Vidi’s row could stop the attack. The OMAC and Ivy both stunned, and the scores dropped to 31 to 18 in favor of Anthony.
Prior to his next attack, Anthony flipped another copy of Funky’s Big Rat Code from his resource row. Anthony then elected to send his big ol’ Grodd after Vidi’s Luthor. When the attack became legal, Anthony played a copy of Straight to the Grave. He selected Gorilla Grodd and Dr. Fate’s Tower to put into the KO’d pile, and the he activated Slaughter Swamp to put Grodd into his hand. He powered-up the Simian Mastermind so he could trigger Killer Frost’s ally ability. He removed three cards from his KO’d pile, targeting Mr. Freeze and preventing him from readying this turn. Finally, Anthony used Gorilla City to give Grodd 3 more ATK, putting him at 19 ATK.
Vidi was not to be outdone, though. He used two copies of Checkmate Safe House to put his 6-drop at 16 DEF. He followed this up with two copies of Knightmare Scenario (exhausting two locations) to put Luthor at 20 DEF. With Vidi’s character now out of range, the attack concluded with neither character stunning. Anthony then passed on his attacks.
Vidi did a bit of thinking prior to declaring his attacks. Since his Mr. Freeze would not ready this turn due to Killer Frost’s effect, Vidi decided to bounce him back to his hand with The Science Spire to search through his deck a bit more. Vidi then used Multiverse Power Battery on his own Luthor to move him to the front row. Now that his 6-drop was able to attack, he sent it into Killer Frost for some easy beats. The ice lady stunned, and Anthony took 5. The score at the end of the turn had Anthony still in the lead (26 to 18), but Vidi slowly making up ground.
Vidi searched through his deck with Brother I Satellite to start off turn 7. He found Sasha Bordeaux, Autonomous Prototype and recruited the potentially game-ending 7-drop. He also activated Ahmed once more to find Dr. Fate’s Tower. The home of the mightiest of the DC mages provided Sasha with an Amulet of Nabu. Anthony, of course, had the ever-faithful Mr. Mxyzptlk to return Mark Desmond ◊ Blockbuster to his hand. He recruited the absolutely huge 7-drop in front of Gorilla Grodd and passed priority back to Vidi. Before combat, Vidi used Dr. Fate’s Tower to transfer the Helm of Nabu to Sasha Bordeaux.
At the start of combat, Vidi used Sasha Bordeaux’s effect to give all of his characters +2 ATK / +2 DEF. He then sent his 7-drop—who had been bestowed with the power of flight thanks to the Amulet of Nabu—into Anthony’s Grodd. Anthony allowed the attack. After Vidi passed on effects, Anthony tried to swipe Vidi’s Luthor by KO’ing Blockbuster for Gorilla Grodd's effect. In response, Vidi bounced his 6-drop back to his hand with The Science Spire, allowing him to draw and discard six cards. Anthony then reinforced his Grodd with Killer Frost, taking 6 and putting the scores at Anthony 20, Vidi 18.
Vidi’s 9 ATK / 9 DEF OMAC then decided to go on a solo mission after Anthony’s Killer Frost. When the attack became legal, Vidi used Brother Eye to boost the robot’s ATK by 7 points. Anthony, however, had a play of his own and discarded to Slaughter Swamp to get another copy of Killer Frost. Anthony’s resulting power-up not only allowed him to get the stunback, but also let Anthony trigger Killer Frost’s ally effect to keep Sasha Bordeaux from readying this turn. Still, Anthony took 9 more, and the scores dropped to 11 to 14 in favor of Vidi.
While it was good news for Mr. Wijaya that he finally had regained the lead, the bad news was that he didn’t have any 8-drops in his deck. Anthony, on the other hand, had a monster in the form of Psycho-Pirate. Vidi tried valiantly to stay in the game, boosting Alexander Luthor to bring out another copy of Ahmed Samsarra. However, when combat began and Psycho-Pirate targeted Vidi’s 6-drop, Vidi knew even The Science Spire couldn’t save him, and he picked up his cards.
Anthony Calabrese wins game 2 and is one win away from a PC title!
Game 3:
Just as in the previous two games, Vidi opted for odd initiatives—and, just as in the previous two games, Anthony kept his opening hand while Vidi shipped his first four. Vidi drew Connie Webb from his mulligan and played her on the first turn. Anthony had his optimal Ted Kord, whom he activated to get Amulet of Nabu—by discarding Cloak of Nabu no less!
Vidi: “Discarding a Cloak to get an Amulet. I hate you!”
Vidi sent Connie Webb in for some tiny beats, and play went to turn 2.
Vidi elicited an audible groan when Anthony once again had Poison Ivy for turn 2. After a Ted Kord activation to find the Helm of Nabu, the Deadly Rose was Fated up once more. To add insult to injury, Anthony managed to snag a copy of Mr. Mxyzptlk with the draw from the Helm. Vidi had the much less impressive Talia and set both of his characters in the support row.
The 7 ATK / 7 DEF nemesis of Batman had her way with Bat’s girlfriend, dishing out 6 endurance loss to Vidi. Anthony then used Ivy to KO Ted Kord to get a copy of Slaughter Swamp in his resource row. Turn 2 ended with Anthony up 49-42.
Naturally, Vidi recruited Ahmed Samsarra for his turn 3 play. He then flipped Dr. Fate’s Tower to get a Cloak of Nabu for his King (because it’s a bit chilly in the feature match area). Vidi passed to Anthony, who was on a roll. He got back Mr. Mxyzptlk, who immediately went back to the KO’d pile for a copy of Deadshot, Floyd Lawton. Anthony recruited Deadshot and Manhunter Clone to his board. Finally, he dropped Helm on Ivy to sift through his deck a bit.
Before combat, Vidi activated Ahmed to fetch Checkmate Safe House. He then decided to pass on any attacks, giving Anthony a chance to swing. Anthony’s first attack of Manhunter Clone into Connie Webb bounced when Vidi flipped Checkmate Safe House to team-up his crew, then activated the location for an extra point of DEF. Anthony then had Deadshot try his luck with Connie, but Connie was feeling a bit shy, so she went back to the top of the deck so Vidi could get an Elimination Protocol ◊ OMAC Robot. This left Ivy free to pounce on Talia again, and—just like last time—Ivy ended up victorious in this catfight.
Before he declared any further attacks, Anthony evaded his Manhunter Clone to put a card in his KO’d pile. With the Clone’s effect on the chain, Anthony played Straight to the Grave from his resource row to put Killer Frost and Slaughter Swamp into the KO’d pile. He then KO’d the Clone with Ivy, replacing Straight to the Grave with Satellite HQ. Finally, the Clone’s effect resolved to put the top card of Anthony’s deck into the KO’d pile. Anthony then did a bit more damage by attacking directly with Deadshot. Turn 3 ended with Anthony once again leading 48 to 35.
Hector Hammond was the familiar recruit for Anthony on turn 4. Dr. Fate’s Tower exhausted to give the sizable 4-drop Poison Ivy’s equipment, and then Anthony passed. Surprisingly, Vidi didn’t recruit his OMAC, instead opting for the dangerous Fatality. Vidi equipped her with the Amulet of Nabu and Helm of Nabu. Then, for good measure, he also gave her Ahmed’s Cloak . . . how chivalrous. Ahmed, now feeling a bit cold, exhausted to find The Science Spire. Vidi didn’t bother wasting any time and promptly bounced the 3-drop back to his hand.
Anthony sent Hector Hammond into Talia. Once the attack became legal, Poison Ivy KO’d Deadshot (who no longer needed to stick around to intimidate Ahmed) to fetch Gorilla City. Anthony activated Gorilla City to give Hector another +3 ATK. Faced with the prospect of losing an enormous amount of endurance from the attack, Vidi was forced to reinforce Talia with Fatality. The 2-drop stunned, then hit the KO’d pile. Anthony then had Poison Ivy run headlong into destruction by attacking Fatality to prevent the possibility of large amounts of breakthrough the following turn. Anthony finished the turn ahead 46 to 33.
Vidi used Brother I Satellite at the start of turn 5 to fetch Annihilation Protocol ◊ OMAC Robot. The killer OMAC came into play and received the Fate Artifacts from Fatality. Vidi then passed build to Anthony. Mr. Mxyzptlk bounced back to the Secret Society player’s hand yet again, and—just as was the case many times before—he was discarded like yesterday’s newspaper to get another character (Killer Frost) back from the KO’d pile. The Cold-Hearted Killer went into play for Anthony, and he transferred the Fate Artifacts over to his 5-drop.
Vidi went all-out with an attack of his OMAC Robot on Anthony’s Killer Frost. If he could secure the stun without stunning back, he could exhaust Fatality for the OMAC’s effect to KO Anthony’s 5-drop, veritably sewing the game up for Vidi.
Upon the attack becoming legal, Vidi played a copy of Knightmare Scenario on his OMAC to put his OMAC’s ATK exactly 1 point higher than Killer Frost’s DEF. With a quiet prayer on his lips, Vidi passed over to Anthony.
Anthony had a big answer, however, in the form of a simple power-up for his 5-drop. While this only put her DEF equal to the OMAC’s ATK, Anthony also had a ready copy of Slaughter Swamp to retrieve the power-up. With no other pumps in hand and no way to keep his own 5-drop from stunning, Vidi conceded the game and match, giving Anthony Calabrese the win and the title.
Anthony Calabrese wins game 3 and is your 2006 PC Indy Champion!!!
