The Sentry™
Card# MTU-017

While his stats aren’t much bigger than those of the average 7-drop, Sentry’s “Pay ATK” power can drastically hinder an opponent’s attacking options in the late game.

What deck did you play this weekend, and why? Anti-Green Lantern, because there’s not a lot of thinking involved. You just try to beat your opponent as fast as you can.

What do you think is the best deck in the format, and why? AGL—Chomin is the man.

What do you think of the new Injustice Gang and Doom Society control decks? I never got to see how those decks work.

Previous Vs. accomplishments: Won a PCQ, Top 64 in $10K LA

What deck did you play this weekend, and why? AGL with Chomin. Killing an opponent on turn 4 is too much to resist. Chomin is resilient and consistent as well.

What do you think is the best deck in the format, and why? Titans and AGL are a toss-up. It depends ultimately on the player and the draw.

What do you think of the new Injustice Gang and Doom Society control decks? Not up to the hype. The meta is so fast right now, and with cards like Mega-Blast and Flying Kick everywhere, Luthor isn’t as much control as he should be.

What do you think of the X-Men cards you’ve seen so far? Awesome. I particularly love 3-drop Beast, as well as Chill Out! I can’t wait for the Sneak Preview tournaments.

What deck did you play this weekend, and why? Titans, it beats everything

What do you think is the best deck in the format, and why? Titans, it beats everything.

What do you think of the new Injustice Gang and Doom Society control decks? They are good, but a smart player will just run Foiled and Betrayal in Titans.

What do you think of the X-Men cards you’ve seen so far? Not bad, I like the Hellfire Club and Brotherhood.

What deck did you play this weekend, and why? GLOCK. It’s the worst deck in the format. I just wanted to prove that it’s not an auto-loss to Titans.

What do you think is the best deck in the format, and why? Titans, it has the biggest “jank” paddle.

What do you think of the new Injustice Gang and Doom Society control decks? Seems good.

What do you think is the best deck in the format, and why? Titans with Null Time Zone.

What do you think of the new Injustice Gang and Doom Society control decks? IG/Doom is very good, but it's a little inconsistent. Secret Society/Doom could be good, but I haven’t played it enough to know.

What do you think of the X-Men cards you’ve seen so far? They're awesome!

What deck did you play this weekend, and why? AGL Rush. It is a very good deck, a very fast deck, and fairly easy to play. I can’t play a deck that goes to time every round; it drains the energy out of me.

What do you think is the best deck in the format, and why? Titans. It is extremely consistent and has answers to almost every deck. However, it does take a lot of skill to play.

What do you think of the new Injustice Gang and Doom Society control decks? My friend wona  PCQ with it. It is a strong deck but it is too reliant on drawing 3-drop Lex and 4-drop Doom. If either of them die before turn 5, then they just lose.

What do you think of the X-Men cards you’ve seen so far? A free 2-drop is incredible!
