The Sentry™
Card# MTU-017

While his stats aren’t much bigger than those of the average 7-drop, Sentry’s “Pay ATK” power can drastically hinder an opponent’s attacking options in the late game.

Pro Circuit Los Angeles has unquestionably had a massive impact on $10K Sydney. Lost in Space is being thrown about left right and center, with a number of creative variants and techs. Appearances have been made by Mephisto, Soulstealer with his Fate Has Spoken combo allowing this feisty 5-drop to beat twice, with turn-long ATK pumps. Meanwhile, Ronan the Accuser, Starforce and Ego the Living Planet have made a clear resurgence here today, shutting down plot twists and locations, to the frustration of many a player.

The “Eat Kree . . . Or Die!” build popularized by NZ/Aus team The Four Horsemen has made a strong appearance here today in the first major Silver Age event since it swept Melbourne by storm just over a month ago.

Going into round 8, the Lost in Space builds maintain a solid level of dominance. There are a few unique, less common builds floating around, however, which may just have the consistency and the tech to take it all the way to the top. With two rounds left today, only time will tell.
